Elena was part of the First National team during its early years in the industry. She rejoined in 2018, bringing numerous years of industry expertise to her role as National Director of Sales. Throughout her time in the industry, Elena has developed skills including sales, business development, management and training. As a strong communicator, she prides herself on being reliable, committed and dependable in her response to broker partners. Highly motivated to succeed, Elena is always inspired to find new and creative ways to achieve objectives. She considers herself a people person and tries to maintain a cheerful disposition and outgoing manner that puts people at ease.

When she’s not adding value for brokers, Elena enjoys exploring the globe, dancing and her volunteer commitments to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel.

Kristina has been a part of the First National team since 2004. Her experience as an underwriter allows her to be creative in her approach. She examines deals from all angles to find the best fit with First National rules and guidelines. Committed to client satisfaction, Kristina is consistently available and in touch with brokers to ensure seamless execution.  

When she’s not adding value for brokers, Kristina enjoys activities including running, paddle boarding, tennis, hiking and shopping.

Jennifer joined the First National team in 2022, after seven years in the industry in various roles including retail banking, mortgage brokering/underwriting and account management. Highly goal oriented, Jennifer is always looking to learn, grow and be challenged. She understands the pressure of the industry and knows how important it is to adapt, be receptive to feedback and hone her expertise. An active and empathetic listener, Jennifer is sensitive to her clients’ needs and maintains a positive attitude. It’s always her goal to uplift those around her and find the good in every situation.

When she’s not adding value for brokers, Jennifer spends time outside hiking and biking, finds her zen with yoga, gives back to the community through volunteering and connects with family and friends.

Stephanie has built a well-rounded career in the financial services industry, with experience spanning credit adjudication, underwriting, and business development. As Manager, Business Development at First National, she takes a consultative approach to helping brokers find the right fit for every deal. Known for her approachable style and strength in training and presenting, Stephanie is committed to delivering value and supporting long-term growth.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her daughters and chocolate lab, practicing yoga, skiing, hiking, and being outdoors.

Sarah has been working in the industry since the early 2000's and joined the First National team in 2015. She brings deep industry knowledge and excellent problem solving skills to her Account Manager role and prides herself on being able to connect instantly with people. For Sarah, education and partnership are critical to moving the industry forward, and she emphasizes both when developing and nurturing relationships with brokers.

When she’s not adding value for brokers, Sarah prioritizes family time, especially with her young daughter.

Alternative Lending Solutions

Bing joined First National in 2021 and brings 10 years of experience in the financial industry to his role as an Excalibur Account Manager. Prior to joining First National, Bing gained experience in underwriting, customer service and sales. His broad range of experience provides him with a unique perspective when helping his broker partners uncover simple alternative mortgage solutions, no matter the complexity of the situation. Bing values integrity, honesty and thoughtful care in his approach and is passionate about growing through experience.
 
When he’s not adding value for brokers, Bing spends time with his wife and daughter, enjoys hiking and badminton, and loves movie nights and cheering on his beloved Canucks.
